Océ Plan Center Shop Manager is the file storage and management software component of the Océ Plan Center digital plan room system. It is installed in a reprographic shop or print room and allows an Authorized Host to manage files for clients. The Shop Manager installation is synchronized with the Océ Plan Center Online Service allowing end-users to access and view files using a Web browser.

Océ Plan Center print orders are received by Shop Manager. This allows one operator to control the incoming print orders and the print device.
